The E.L.K.E. (Greek acronym) Concise Guide to Project Management was issued by decision of the N.K.U.A. Research Committee and contains the basic steps that a Scientific Officer (PI) must follow from the submission and approval of his/her proposal to the completion of his/her project, through a summary of the procedures, rules and standard forms to be used. The Summary Guide is not a substitute for the Funding Guide.
